Job Summary:

The ISO Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) partner network. This role involves building strong relationships with ISO partners, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring that our partners are well-supported and equipped to promote DNA Payments' solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments industry, a strong sales acumen, and experience working with ISO partners in the fintech space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with ISO partners. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing any issues and ensuring partners are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and onboarding new ISO partners. Work closely with partners to develop and execute sales strategies that align with DNA Payments’ goals.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ISO partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively sell and promote DNA Payments' solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor partner performance and provide feedback, insights, and strategies to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the ISO channel. Provide insights and recommendations to the internal team to stay ahead of the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless partner experience and alignment on business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on ISO partner performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth to senior management.



Required skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or sales within the payments or fintech industry, with a focus on ISO partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment processing, merchant services, and the role of ISO partners.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding partner networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
