About the Role

SÃ¶derhub is seeking to hire a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our team as a Business Analyst. ThisÂ paid internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of business and market analysis, working on real-world projects and contributing to the success of our organization.

Our ambitious team thrives in a dynamic environment where interns can take on significant responsibility and contribute to the company's growth. You will support the SÃ¶derhub team in Egypt by conducting market analysis, developing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and streamlining operations. This multifaceted role will involve close collaboration with marketing and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do:

Market Research and Analysis: Support the project management team by conducting research and performing data analysis.
Marketing and Content Creation
1. Create marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and social media content.
2. Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts.
Project Management Support:Â Assist in creating comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
Operations and Process Improvement:Â Help streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
Customer Success and Client Relationships:Â Assist the customer success team in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.

Your profile

Who we're looking for:

Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex projects in a structured manner in English.

You probably have:

Solid analytical skills, ability to interpret data and derive insights from it.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
Know how to use Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and others.
The passion for creating reports, preparing presentations, and attention to detail.
