Job Description

To support the teams creating exceptional products and contributing to our growth, we are looking for a Health, Safety, and Environmental Engineer (m/f) to work in Łódź site.

This position will report to the Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator.

The role of the EH&S Engineer includes tasks outlined in the Council of Ministers Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety Services.

Typical daily tasks include:

  • Performing duties in accordance with the Council of Ministers Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety Services
  • Monitoring working conditions and compliance with regulations by conducting safety inspections within the company premises
  • Reporting, creating, and organizing health and safety documentation, including participating in risk assessment preparation as per legal requirements
  • Conducting introductory health and safety training
  • Managing accident investigations
  • Analyzing potentially hazardous incidents and implementing corrective actions
  • Operating the BDO platform
  • Supervising and improving waste management processes within the company
  • Ensuring the proper execution of the ISO 14001 and 45001 Management System requirements

Skills we are looking for in our team:

  • Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety
  • Knowledge of current legal regulations in health, safety, and environmental protection
  • Professional experience in the field of health and safety
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher, native Polish language is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
