About our Team
This role is within the Fraud & Identity Market Planning team, responsible for leading and driving product sunsets, customer migrations and new acquisition integrations initiatives.
About the Role
This role will build partnerships with stakeholders and perform analysis to distill directives and achieve objectives in Market Panning. This position can be remote in the US. Eastern time zone preferred.
You will be responsible for:
  • Working with cross-functional organizations to coordinate the strategic and tactical direction for fraud analytic solutions.
  • Understanding customer needs around fraud analytic solutions to address consumer identity risks within the customer journey.
  • Having ability to identify fraud analytic needs, including messaging to customers and pricing.
  • Ensuring a holistic view by coordinating with and monitoring all impacted business processes across stakeholders and other workstreams
  • Developing and maintaining working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders/customers across divisions to maximize program effectiveness and influence
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Have BS or equivalent educational achievement.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organization, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers
  • Have intermediate to Advanced Experience in data driven analysis and creation of dashboards and reports, leveraging tools such as PowerBI.
  • Experience in collaboration tools, for example JIRA, Confluence. Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Have business acumen, strategic planning, creativity, highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, quantitative analytical abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
