  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation. 
  • Proficiency in Canva is essential, as it is used for most digital marketing content creation. 
  • Experience in video editing and content production for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Vimeo. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Generate creative brand awareness campaign ideas that align with our overall marketing strategy. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis. 
  • Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. 
  • Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email, and paid campaigns. 
  • Produce and edit short and long video reels for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as longer videos for YouTube and Vimeo.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content, including writing, graphic design, and video. 
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks well in search engine results.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. lan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns. 
  • Segment email lists based on target audiences and customize messages accordingly. 
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. 
  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. 
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals. Create and edit videos for social media platforms, including short reels, stories, and longer format videos.
  • Ensure videos are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for engagement. 
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
