This is a remote position.

Overview: Job Description - Resource Consultant with the ability to do and be open to Business Development !

We have extensive experience in placing candidates within the Gas, Electricity, Smart Energy, Energy Management, Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Transmission and Distribution, Construction and Engineering markets. We partner with a variety of organisations in the Energy and Utilities sector to source the best candidates for your roles.

 

Resourcing Job Responsibilities

 

·       Advertise on LinkedIn.

·       Advertise on CV Library, Total Jobs and Reed.

·       Advertise on Website by adding jobs on the CRM.

·       Search on All jobs boards

·       Search on Database

·       Search on LinkedIn – headhunting.

 

1. To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements

      Mapping potential candidates within new + existing clients

      Researching new and existing candidates for new contacts (client)

      Interview prospective candidates - telephone screening (or covered by Delivery)

      Be able to advise and reformat CVs to 'sell' key USP's of that candidate

      To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer 

     

 

2. To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments

      Understand and support the Delivery and Business Development process

      Provide first line support for all Candidate enquiries

      Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and

relevant legislation

      Provide support to ensure that the candidates receive a professional

and comprehensive service at all times.

      Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management

      Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within our sector

      Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates

 

3. To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer 

      Proactively 'Manage' existing candidate silos - track career path

      Servicing existing candidates ('passive and active')

      Agree and deliver against candidate service levels

      Actively maps and builds 'hot' candidate lists in strategically important silos

      Continuous name gathering of passive candidates

 

 

 

4. To identify new business opportunities for the business – *this may sit under other functions

      Keeping abreast of industry trends and news

      Mapping of new and existing Clients through Research targets

      Number of leads generated

      Number of decision makers identified and added to database

      Quality and number of shortlisted candidates achieved

      % of candidates forwarded to interview (looking at quality of candidate and match for job)

      Most Place-able Candidate’s marketed (if appropriate)
