Job Description Summary

As a BPA Manager, you will drive strategic decision-making through complex analysis and reporting for mid-revenue country operations. This role combines financial acumen with business partnership, providing critical insights and value-added analysis to support management teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping operational strategy and ensuring business excellence through data-driven recommendations.


 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with management to deliver strategic insights through comprehensive business analysis and performance monitoring

  • Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning initiatives

  • Conduct risk and opportunity analyses, developing actionable recommendations for business optimization

  • Drive investment decisions through robust financial analysis and business case development

  • Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics, providing early warning signals for resource reallocation

  • Validate commercial data integrity while offering recommendations for forecast accuracy improvement

  • Optimize management reporting processes to meet evolving business needs

  • LDC experience preferable

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and insight generation

  • Advanced proficiency in AI-driven analytics and process optimization

For this position the minimum salary is € 38.038/year (on a full-time basis).
