Pricing Analyst
Key Role:
Review proposal team inputs to ensure compliance with government regulations, including TINA and certified cost or pricing data such as compliance with internal company policies, Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM), FAR, CAS, and solicitation requirements, and address deviations. Assess input, document from proposal team members, and advise for sufficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Offices, Program Business Support, Compliance, or HR, on specific proposals and portfolio processes. Interface with client and internal auditors and provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations. Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate. Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with federal pricing
Experience with pricing, including pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Experience with pricing in the federal government environment
Ability to develop or deliver price strategy presentations or analyses
Ability to contribute to price proposals
Ability to communicate solicitation requirements
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience training executives and key decision-makers
Knowledge of system integration, the use of information technology, advanced intelligence systems, and tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Contracts

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
