What You Will Do:

We are seeking a talented Sprinkler System Estimating Engineer to join our team, offering the flexibility to work from home with local and UK-wide support. In this role, you'll be involved in all aspects of our Level 4 LPCB approved sprinkler organization, which boasts over 100 years of expertise in our field.

How You Will Do It:

  • Develop and understand client briefs or specifications.

  • Liaise with both internal and external clients to define scope of work and program expectations.

  • Complete outline designs using AutoCAD and perform hydraulic calculations using FireCad (training available if required).

  • Create cost estimates using Microsoft and specialist tools with support from our experienced Operations team.

  • Produce detailed tenders, outlining scope of works, inclusions/exclusions, and costs.

  • Meet with clients to support the Sales team, discuss tenders and costs, and ensure confidence in our delivery.

  • Assist the Sales team in securing and processing orders.

  • Prioritize Health and Safety awareness.

What We Look For:

Required:

  • Experience in sprinkler system installation, design, estimation, or a related field.

  • Motivation to learn and self-develop.

  • Good team working skills.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.

  • Strong understanding of sprinkler systems.

  • Experience in sprinkler system design and hydraulics.

  • Basic LPC Sprinkler Design Qualification.
