Summary of Duties: Develop, maintain, and govern company's Enterprise Reference Architectures across large and complex domains, systems, and capabilities. Lead, consult, and oversee large, complex, or multiple architectural engagements and reviews. Understand business, company-wide "big picture," and technology. Work on highly complex projects requiring in-depth knowledge and lead architecture reviews. Participate in Enterprise Architecture Review Board and with the business drive major decisions. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing Enterprise Reference Architectures for broad system and application areas along with roadmaps and implementation plans. Define principles to guide technology decisions and relationship between company’s context (business requirements, industry trends, and market trends) and technology. Proactively identify system, application, and infrastructure reuse goals, opportunities, and standards. Lead development of software, data delivery, and infrastructure platforms with reusable components to be orchestrated into different methods for different business areas.
10% domestic and international travel required.
Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field of study and 5 years of experience in IT Engineering, Technology Operations, Enterprise Architecture or any combination thereof. Employer will accept pre- or post-Master’s degree experience. All experience must be post-Bachelor’s degree. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field of study and 8 years of progressive experience in IT Engineering, Technology Operations, Enterprise Architecture or any combination thereof in lieu of a Master’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:
- 5 years of experience with any combination of software development, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting;
- 3 years of experience with AWS Cloud tech stack;
- 2 years of Reltio or equivalent MDM platform support experience or certification in Reltio platform operations/support;
- hands-on experience in Staging Process Configurations, Landing Process Configurations, Match and Merge Processes, Cleansing Functions, User Exits, data quality, integration, and Oracle database environments across diverse verticals, including Manufacturing and Retail industries;
- MDM Multi Domain Edition HUB Console Configurations and Informatica Data Director (IDD) Application creations;
- MDM and EIM Tools to include: Informatica, Informatica Data Director (IDD), STEP, and Reltio;
- Design/Application Tools to include: Snowflakes Modeling, Toad, SQL Navigator, and Microsoft Visio;
- Business Intelligence Tools to include: Power BI, Looker, and Tableau;
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB databases;
- Monitoring Tools to include: CloudWatch, New Relic, and Datadog Big Data technologies;
- acquiring and leveraging resources, processes, and tools to achieve business goals; and
- delivering entire lifecycle Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) projects for clients, encompassing data modeling, metadata management, design, and configuration of matching and merging rules, as well as the design and configuration of standardizing, cleansing, and deduplication rules.
Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

$124,218 - $190,900/year. Exact rate of pay will be based on position, location, and experience level.
