Job description

When it comes to digital communities, The Alliance is leading the way. Product marketing, sales enablement, product-led growth, AI, customer success, CMOs, you name it, we’re home to thriving communities for them all.

We connect industry leaders and innovators through unparalleled networking opportunities. We bring together leading minds to share the latest trends, challenges and opportunities facing companies, the tactics and tools needed to drive results, and a forum to make meaningful connections.

The Role:

Join our dynamic marketing team and step into the world of integrated, multi-channel marketing. Our innovative marketing team supports the company’s growth across diverse product lines, from global events and accredited courses to membership plans and industry-shaping reports. As part of this team, you’ll help drive success across our entire ecosystem, connecting top industry minds, sharing the latest trends, and building meaningful connections.

In this role, you will..

  • Become an Expert in your Audience: learn and develop to manage a specific product portfolio, gaining experience across various product types, including events, education, sponsored products, and community initiatives.

  • Assist in Full-Funnel Campaigns: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, with hands-on involvement in each step—from building data lists to tracking conversions.

  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Assist in developing multi-channel marketing efforts, gaining experience in email, social media, partnerships, and affiliate programs to drive engagement, registrations, and revenue.

  • Create Engaging Content: Write clear, on-brand copy for emails, social posts, and partnerships, helping to manage campaign assets that align with the goals of each product type.

  • Track and Report Performance: Monitor campaign performance metrics, support data collection, and share insights with the team to help inform future strategies and improvements.

  • Collaborate and Learn Across Teams: Work with content, community, product, and sales teams to gain a broad understanding of our marketing efforts and assist in building cohesive campaigns that drive results.

Requirements:

If the below sounds like you - we’d love to hear from you:

  • You want ownership in your role from the beginning and ready to level up. Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate business changes, or to bounce back from subpar results

  • You're passionate about using and understanding the data behind WHY things happen and use this to shape your campaigns

  • You take pride in crafting effective and engaging copy whatever the platform

  • You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done

  • You expertly balance and prioritize your daily to-do's, as well as your short-term and long-term planning

  • You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say "yes" to taking on new things

  • Experience with Asana or project management tools a plus (desirable)

  • Experience using ESPs & CRMs, and basic Google Analytics understanding (desirable)

Compensation: £25,000 Base salary (up to 10% Bonus)
