About this opportunity:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and driving multiple projects across the engineering organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, DevOps, Product Management, Marketing, and other departments, you will ensure that projects are executed according to the roadmap and delivered on time.

In this role you will:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects across the engineering organization, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and delivering projects on or ahead of schedule.
Collaborate with Engineering, IT, DevOps, Product Management, and Marketing teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring clear visibility into project progress and dependencies.
Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder communication, managing expectations and keeping all parties informed on project status, risks, and changes.
Identify and manage project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
Track and report on project performance, timelines, and key metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Lead regular project meetings, prepare project status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Drive a culture of accountability, ensuring project tasks are completed on time and in line with quality standards.
