Job description

We are looking for you
As Customer Support Manager at Invesdor, you will oversee and coordinate our support operations in the Netherlands, collaborating closely with support teams in Germany and Finland to ensure prompt, ensuring prompt and professional assistance to investors while maintaining smooth operational processes. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, working closely with our international team to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for
  • Respond to callback requests and provide phone support for investors
  • Manage and respond to emails and chat inquiries
  • Monitor and engage with Trustpilot and Google reviews
  • Handle back-office tasks, including master data updates, withdrawals, IBAN and ID checks, and Buckaroo reconciliations
  • Transfer of assets, including communication with investors and legal document checks
  • Manage payment processes
  • Address incomplete investments and work to improve conversion rates
  • Oversee clearing processes, including repayments and end-funding calculations
  • Send targeted communications for specific topics
  • Manage bond transfers and updates to the register
  • Drive process optimization and alignment within the international supportteam

To be successful in this role you will need
  • 2+ years of experience in a support or customer-focused role
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Experience in financial services or a strong interest in investments
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with customer service tools like Zendesk or HubSpot is a plus
  • Team player is necessary
