We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team, focusing on ensuring the success and satisfaction of our Sellers Directories clients. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through every step of their journey with us—from addressing initial inquiries to ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs will be key to delivering exceptional service and driving long-term success.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for Sellers Directories clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collect client requirements and manage project briefs, coordinating with internal teams via Asana to ensure accurate order preparation and fulfillment.
  • Monitor and oversee order adjustments, ensuring lead quantities and data accuracy align with client expectations.
  • Review completed orders for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet the client’s specifications before delivery.
  • Proactively address any issues or challenges, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Respond to potential client inquiries, using a consultative approach to understand their needs and identify how we can best support them.
  • Utilize templated responses for efficiency while personalizing communication to maintain a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on client feedback and needs, working to increase engagement and maximize the value we provide.
  • Drive the sales process by managing follow-ups and closing deals via email, ensuring a persuasive and professional communication style.
  • Adopt a strategic follow-up approach when needed to boost conversion rates and client satisfaction.


  • Required Skills and Experience :
  • 2-3 years experience in client success, account management, or customer support roles, ideally within a sales-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate client needs and manage expectations.
  • A proactive problem-solver, comfortable working independently to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Experience managing large data files in Excel and ensuring accuracy in client deliverables.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.
