About the role:

This means we need marketing expertise engrained in our operations equipped with leading edge capabilities, tools, and methodologies. These need to be developed and embedded throughout the business, to keep pace with consumers and get ahead of the competition.
In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for sales and service channel partners, ensuring that their marketing needs are captured and appropriately prioritized, and work back with the Marketing organization to address. Just as important, you will be responsible for educating our partners on our marketing plans, progress, and results. This role markets the marketing.
You will be responsible for:
- 25%: Closely partner with the larger Audience Marketing & Planning team to understand the latest plans, and develop optimal approach to communicating with partners
- 25%: Develops rapid response scenario planning framework that is built into planning cycle to account for economic, political, and competitive moves
- 25%: Ensure that partners are armed with the latest marketing plan of record, and that they have the tools to appropriately educate their teams
- 25%: Manages marketing requests from the sales and service teams, analyzing audience and market trends, and prioritizing accordingly

Education & Experience:
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Marketing
Our Lead Marketing Manager earns between $116,700 - $196,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
