The opportunity
The ITS Business Operations Coordinator I reports to the ITS Business Operations Team Manager. You will be the main contact for data integrity across multiple SNHU systems including the Student Information System (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRMs), and Integrations. You will be accountable for accuracy, require knowledge in business processes and collaborate per process or complexity. The ITS Business Operations Coordinator I will document work thoroughly to enhance quality assurance, dispute, investigative and measurement processes. You will work 100% Remotely from any approved states outlined above. #LI-Remote
What you'll do:
- You will execute business processes observing established procedures and following prioritization guidelines.
- You will process Service Requests for maintaining data integrity or cleanup
- You will create Identities in SecZetta and enterprise applications for non-integrated populations
- You will document the work performed in the ITSM tool.
- You will perform data analysis, data entry/updates, and correlation across multiple enterprise applications.
- You will use ServiceNow, monitor request queue and process all information update requests for student demographic and contact data, verifying data in other systems.
- You will use appropriate reporting tools to periodically verify the accuracy of the data being keyed into the system, and make corrections.
- You will investigate and update duplicate records as part of data cleanup of feeds from other systems such as CRM and HRIS. Coordinate this activity with other concerned departments to ensure all systems are synchronized.
- You will escalate complex issues of recurring data irregularities across systems to ensure possible integration issues are investigated and addressed.
- You will recommend improvements to processes to enhance productivity.
- You collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.

We would like to see:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a data entry, business process or technical customer service roles.
- SIS (student information systems) experience. Examples would be Banner, Colleague.
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Work within Salesforce experience.
- Work within a ticketing system and requesting service.
- Experience Troubleshooting and escalation process
- Familiarity with systems such as email, intranet (The Source), WorkDay, SIS for business process context.
- Familiarity in workflow systems, business tools such as ServiceNow.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $16.94 - $27.11. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $18.72 - $25.32.
