ABOUT THE ROLE

As a part of the Business Operations team, you will be directly responsible for solving the toughest operational problems as we scale.  You’ll work cross-functionally with a strong team of operational leaders, product managers, and senior leadership.  You’ll have significant agency and visibility, working across most of the company functions, from new initiatives to providing consultative services to solve existing issues.  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

• Execute on strategic operational initiatives. Take the vision and convert it to achievable milestones. Get on the ground and lead from the front to operationalize and manage out of workflow initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute on strategic opportunity areas for bettering system efficiency. 
• Be a subject matter expert of internal tools and processes to provide consultative processes to operational teams. Work closely with operational and senior leadership to help drive change management.  
• Collect, analyze, and model out data to support data-driven decision-making. Ability to present said data to all levels of the company from executive leadership to operational associates.
