Opportunity:
Resilience Lab is seeking a results-driven, strategic Clinical Outreach Manager to join the Business Development team. We are searching for a candidate who is passionate about supporting our mission to make quality mental healthcare more accessible. The Clinical Outreach Manager will play a critical role in taking Resilience Lab’s growth strategy to the next level.
You will be responsible for making outreach to the referring community which is inclusive of but not limited to PCPs and other medical specialists, Universities, and local community organizations to drive psychotherapy and psychiatry candidates to Resilience Lab. In addition, you will have the autonomy to organize local networking events to help Resilience Lab build a presence within our markets.

Skills:
1-year of business development experience in the healthcare space;
Ability to prospect, build and maintain professional relationships;
Familiarity with the dynamics of healthcare space and prospecting referrals from hospitals, medical doctors, psychiatrists, interventionists, EAPs, addiction/mental health treatment centers, and therapists in a clinical sales process;
Access to a car along with a clean driving record;
Ability to travel 50% of the time;
Resides within one of our key markets - NY, NJ, PA, MA or CT;
Ability to exercise professionalism in a manner that reflects a positive image for the organization, as well as the individual candidate, by exhibiting ethics, attention to detail, availability, and drive;
Responsibilities -Actively prospect, cold call (on the phone and face-to-face) to help generate referrals to Resilience Lab for psychotherapy and psychiatry;
Provide excellent follow-up with prospects and existing relationships;
Liaise between the referring community and Resilience Lab;
Observe and identify local market opportunities and challenges;
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for psychotherapy and psychiatry leads to our therapy practice;
Organize and attend local community events such as wellness fairs, networking events and local conferences to represent Resilience Lab within your market;
Document outreach activities within CRM;
Work cross functionally with multiple departments such as the Clinical team, Marketing and Clinical Operations.
