Job description

This is a remote position.

Working Schedule:  
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Seattle, WA Time
Part-time working into full-time
Seattle, WA Time (to start and then flexible once fully onboarded)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Research advertising trends across social media sites and digital ad platforms
  • Research competitors’ pricing and products and marketing campaigns
  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads
  • Determine what content will reach customers
  • Develop projects to create content
  • Publish digital marketing content online across social media platforms and ad platforms
  • Implement email marketing campaigns in coordination with CEO
  • Measure, analyze, and extract business insights from digital traffic
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Monitor project status and budget
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests


Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the service or automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent content creation skills, including graphics design and compelling copywriting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create standout campaigns
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about auto care services
