The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Global HR Business Partner, supporting the IT and Legal functions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Developing people and culture strategies to deliver function and business results

  • Leading talent planning to ensure we have the right talent and a strong diverse pipeline of talent to execute our strategies 

  • Create and implement employee engagement initiatives to meet specific or nuanced needs within a business or function

  • Partnering with leaders to execute organizational design initiatives in alignment with business priorities, portfolio decisions, operating model changes, etc.

  • Providing coaching to leadership team members and their people leaders to ensure they are supported and that their voices are amplified into the broader Solventum organization

  • Providing expertise on strategic workforce planning, including identifying current and anticipated capabilities and aligning the appropriate strategies to address (e.g., internal capability building, external talent acquisition strategies, etc.)

  • Leverage strong project management capability by leading diverse HR projects across multiple disciplines

  • Design and redesign HR processes to align to Solventum’s operating model and new HR structure (potential, performance, promotion, etc.)

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 12 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience

  • Senior HR Business Partner in a large-scale global organization.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree/MBA preferred

  • Experience working on complex projects with change management implications

  • Experience partnering with clients to achieve desired objectives

  • Experience in medical device industry is preferred

  • Diverse project management skills

  • Experience working with Agile methodology

  • Experience with strategic workforce planning

  • Experience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/success

  • Experience designing / redesigning global HR processes for efficiency.

  • Diverse experience across multiple HR disciplines (plant, business, COEs, etc.) preferred

  • Global HR experience preferred

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
