As a HR Business Partner you will collaborate directly with one or more of our Executives. You are a strategic partner, change agent and development champion for your dedicated divisions. You already have strong experience in leading HR related projects like workforce planning and leadership development in an agile set up? Join our strong HR BP Team in Munich. 

your responsibilities

  • You are a coach, mentor, proactive support, guide and consultant to your managers in all strategic and operative issues, especially when it comes to personnel issues and beyond.
  • Thereby, you are the first point of contact for your responsible department/manager in terms of:
    • supporting mangers to succeed in their role
    • helping them to develop their employees to be the best version of themselves
    • supporting to prepare performance reviews
    • helping your department to level up their goals as well as their strategic direction
  • You create HR-relevant evaluations, analyse them independently and derive appropriate measures.
  • You own company-wide, HR related projects and drive their strategic implementation.
  • You collaborate with HR Operations in some areas and stay in constant exchange with the responsible recruiter of the department.

this is you

  • You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-growing international environment.
  • You are a reliable partner in regard to labor law questions of your counterparts.
  • With your open and empathic, but at the same time hands-on personality/mentality, you are able to recognize problems before they arise and tackle them accordingly.
  • You act confidently, convincingly and service-oriented and are a competent contact person at eye level with employees and managers.
  • Ideally, you are a certificated coach/trainer and have some experience in designing and moderating workshops.
  • You have proven skills of owning and driving projects.
  • You are business fluent in English.
