SHIFT HOURS: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling:
    • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to a wide range of potential clients.
    • Pitching: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services.
    • Handling Objections: Address and overcome potential client concerns or objections.
    • Follow-ups: Schedule and execute timely follow-up calls to nurture leads.
  • Data Entry:
    • Customer Information Management: Enter and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive call logs and records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Data Quality: Ensure all data entry tasks are performed with a high level of accuracy.
    • Profile Updates: Assist in the creation and updating of detailed customer profiles.
Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry tasks and maintaining records.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or similar.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is a plus.
