Job Description

We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and strong benefits package

This role can be offered on a Full Time, Part Time or Job Share basis.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients
    • Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business
    • Completing 5 points per day
    • Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints and claims
    • Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions so that they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes

    Qualifications

    Who we're looking for:

    • You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors , VRS registered valuer and EPC accredited
    • Excellent valuation and survey experience
    • Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures
    • Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation
