A day in the life. 

As a Business Analyst supporting report creation and data analytics projects, you will play a vital role in our Agency Management System migration and other analytics initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs, create new reports, and identify gaps in our current reporting offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our analytics capabilities meet the evolving needs of our regional and national teams.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes the ability to:
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
•    Design, develop, and implement new reports that align with business needs and objectives.
•    Conduct thorough assessments of existing reports to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
•    Work with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
•    Support the migration of the Agency Management System by providing insights and analytics to guide decision-making.
•    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reports and analytics tools, making recommendations for enhancements.
•    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
•    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•    Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•    Passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.
•    Experience with data visualization tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
•    Familiarity with data management concepts and practices, including data governance and quality assurance.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,540-118,545. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
