Are you passionate sales and are you ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Sales team as a Senior Sales Representative.  You’ll be responsible ensuring Sell-in, Sell-through, and Sell-out; while being responsible for the development, implementation, and participation in the design of the commercial strategy for the assigned territory.

 

As a Senior Sales Representative, you’ll execute commercial plans with excellence, ensuring GTM compliance for the region. You’ll lead engagement with all regional stakeholders to maximize customer potential. This is a remote role, located in Medellín, Colombia. 

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Impact and Influence: Ability to influence others' opinions, convince the client, and guide their decision towards the offer. Analyze, plan, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies for the assigned territory. Maintain control of portfolio and investment.
  • Achievement Orientation: Direct energy toward achieving objectives and meeting results. Increase Sell and Revenue in Mom & Pops. Territory execution in Mom & Pops.
  • Initiative: Ability to make decisions on relevant matters, make proposals, and be independent. Promote growth and development of assigned clients.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Professional in Business Administration, International Business, Administrative Engineering, or related fields.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in the commercial area managing key accounts in the traditional channel and with distributors.
    • Leadership of commercial teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent data analysis and Excel skills.
    • Intermediate level of English.
