  • Master the Product: Become an expert in JustCall’s platform and understand our competitor landscape.
  • Understand Business Needs: Research prospects’ operations, pain points, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust with clients by offering value-driven insights and maintaining regular follow-ups.
  • Meet Goals: Consistently hit sales targets, maintain organized pipelines, and collaborate closely with Account Executives.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product updates, pricing plans, and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor to prospects.


What You’ll Bring

To thrive as an SDR at JustCall, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Prospecting, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and a track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for sales, resilience in the face of challenges, and the ability to self-motivate and inspire teammates.
