Job Description: 

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making sales calls with the goal of setting appointments. You will ensure that clients feel engaged and valued during conversations. All work will be performed virtually.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Calls & Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients with the primary goal of scheduling appointments.   
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience during every interaction.   
  • Although leads will be provided, the BDS must be able to identify and qualify potential leads to align with the company’s target market and business goals.   
  • Will perform all duties remotely, utilizing virtual tools for communication. 
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions using CRM software or tracking systems.
  • Work closely with the team to align strategies, improve processes, and meet business development goals. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery.
  • Curious & Positive Attitude: Maintains professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions.
  • Self-Driven: Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM) and comfortable working remotely.
  • Collaborative: Must be open to feedback and teamwork.
  • Work Setup: Must have a noise-canceling headset, PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better, and reliable internet.
  • Quiet Environment: Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free space for efficient work.
  • Time Zone: Available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
  • Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
