Our client is a prominent player in the SaaS industry, providing innovative software solutions tailored for insurance companies. With over 20 years of experience, they deliver a comprehensive suite of products that streamline essential insurance processes, including policies, claims, reinsurance, and payments. The company is recognized for its advanced solutions, which are customized to meet the unique requirements of its clients.

Currently, the organization is undergoing a significant technological transformation and establishing a competence center in Warsaw. This initiative aims to transition to a Cloud Native, multi-tenant platform to modernize its infrastructure. A substantial investment in cloud services is being made to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Among various IT and Finance roles, there is an opening for a

Senior Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction: The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing product initiatives within a dynamic software environment, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Product Requirements: Hands-on definition of product requirements and management of the prioritization process, including oversight of the product backlog and market demand tracking.
  • Development Artifacts: Creation of use cases, business scenarios, user personas, and other design artifacts to support development specifications.
  • Release Management: Coordination of product release schedules in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure timely releases while managing potential issues.
  • Training and Documentation Support: Development of necessary training materials, documentation, and tools as required.
  • Customer Interaction: Direct engagement with customers to represent the product and communicate its vision, particularly in the absence of the Product Group Lead.
  • Autonomous Operation: Functioning independently in a complex environment with minimal supervision while determining methods for new or special assignments.
  • Team Leadership: Potentially acting as a team lead to coordinate activities among team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Frequent interaction with peers and senior leaders on cross-functional matters to ensure project alignment.
  • Market Insight: Staying informed about market trends related to assigned products to anticipate customer needs and influence solution development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in launching and managing software products.

  • In-depth understanding of insurance markets or Software Development platforms and best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS solutions and user experience design principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with unwavering attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional groups while managing multiple competing priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.


Salary range & Conditions

  • fully remote role from Poland
  • Stable employment based on the Job Agreement (umowa o pracę)
  • 20.000-23.000 PLN gross per month
