Warehouse and Internal Supply Chain Manager
Key Role:
Develops, implements, and manages supply chain streams and solutions with a heavy focus on internal warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production scheduling process flows. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions to internal supply chain production processes. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentors or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in warehouse management in a manufacturing environment
4+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement planning in a manufacturing environment, and in using MRP systems
3+ years of experience in production control or production scheduling
Knowledge of MRP/ERP implementation, planning, and execution, and inventory accuracy improvement concepts
Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts to warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations
Ability to create and track key performance indicators to report on supply chain performance
Ability to plan and execute the sourcing of required quantities of supplies and materials to optimize production
Ability to collaborate with other teams including Procurement, Production, Quality, and Engineering
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
