Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Services Customer Support Representative to become a vital member of our remote team. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions, addressing inquiries related to checking accounts, debit card problems, ACH transfers, bill payments, and more. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service while following established call-handling protocols will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address incoming inquiries from clients and financial institutions concerning checking accounts, debit cards, ACH transfers, and bill payments.
  • Adhere to established call protocols and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
  • Operate under supervision for routine tasks while managing special assignments with general guidance.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing high-quality customer support.
  • Familiarity with banking products, payment systems, and financial transactions (checking accounts, debit cards, ACH, bill payments).
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

  • Comfortable working under supervision and adhering to established guidelines.
  • Previous experience in financial services or call center operations is an advantage.
