  • Oversee and update a comprehensive customer database.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in SaaS environments.
  • Minimum of one year in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service or Customer Success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while being a cooperative team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
