Job Overview

  • Secure written orders from physicians, validate insurance coverage, and promptly generate orders.
  • Keep patients and referral sources updated regarding the status of their orders.
  • Efficiently process daily purchase order exception reports.

  • Capability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.

Qualifications
