The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving aftermarket, cross-sell, and migration pipeline and revenue by building engaging marketing campaigns that target existing ECI customers.

This position directly benefits ECI by growing its product footprint among the current customer base through bookings (cross-sell opportunities), migrations, customer retention, advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, and references) and loyalty. You will be working as part of the Growth Marketing team and collaborating with sales, product management, product marketing, creative services, and the marketing operations teams to create an incredible customer experience and reach cross-sell business goals. The position is remote and reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing attainment with the goal of growing sales pipeline and bookings. Key metrics include cross-sell opportunities, opportunity to qualified pipeline conversion targets, qualified pipeline attainment, qualified pipeline to closed won conversion targets, bookings attainment, and ROMI; performance based off KPI metrics.
  • Develop and execute integrated cross-sell marketing strategies based on product marketing-provided themes and messaging that include programs, benefits, and channels.
  • Leverage digital delivery channels which attract aftermarket opportunities, including search (organic and paid), email, nurture programs, webinars, digital industry publication programs, blog and long-form content creation, social media (free and paid), and additional channels.
  • Track, analyze, improve, and report on key KPIs, through the entire customer marketing funnel.
  • Align all programs with business goals and provide regular reports showing progress toward goals.
  • Identify key customers for case studies, speaking opportunities, and referrals.
  • Map available whitespace and identify the next best product fit among the existing customer base.
  • Develop and manage cross-sell marketing budget.
  • Proactively engage with sales, coordinate, communicate and optimize impact of marketing activities, including customer facing content, customer stories and other sales and marketing collateral.

Education

Background/ Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B growth, customer, or demand generation marketing
  • Proven experience driving desired results through digital channels
  • Strong understanding of SEO and inbound marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience in marketing for aftermarket or add-on SaaS products
  • Experience within the Distribution, Office Technology, Lumber Home and Build Supply, Manufacturing, or Residential Home Construction Industry preferred
