Location: Remote (United States - East Coast)

Position Overview: 

As a Growth Marketing Manager you will lead our digital marketing and growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising. You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with other marketing and cross-functional leaders to align growth efforts with broader company objectives. 

This position requires an analytical mindset, a flair for creativity, and a proven track record in driving successful B2B digital marketing campaigns.

What your day to day will look like:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Forecast, measure and analyze digital campaign performance across the full revenue funnel.
  • Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and events to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing
  • Expertise in paid search, paid social, display, retarting, affiliate, CRO and SEO
  • Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing logistics around virtual and in-person conferences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of performance marketing trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in managing partnerships is a plus.
