Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your role will be vital in enhancing the CEO’s effectiveness and reinforcing structure within our rapidly evolving environment. Your proactive demeanor and dedication to clarity will support established processes and the broader team, allowing for seamless operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of the CEO's daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments while applying communication best practices in interactions with the team and other departments.
  • Strategic alignment with EOS methodology, comprehending the overarching vision and understanding how departmental needs intersect. This includes taking detailed notes, organizing priorities, and distributing actionable items to maintain alignment.
  • Capturing, prioritizing, and executing actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, ensuring that all initiatives align with operational standards and following through to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Overseeing the CEO's email, calendar, and travel logistics, taking proactive action on their behalf when appropriate.
  • Coordinating logistics for in-person events, managing details from catering to shipping for various functions, including annual company retreats, client meetings, and conferences.
