Java integration developer

We are currently looking for a Java software developer with the ability to develop custom plug-ins when needed to complete the integration with other internal and external systems. This is an opportunity to join a challenging and innovative environment within the federal government sector. 

This is a full-time remote position.  Prefer candidates local to Rockville, MD for occasional on site meetings.  

Qualified candidate must be USC/GC/EAD and have or can attain a Public Trust Level 6(c) clearance and have ability to commute to client-site meetings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to develop Web based applications including online customer service to transform government agencies to be able to deliver their services online.
• Provide support in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website. Provide support for the implementation of interfaces to applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of JAVA programming and able to develop custom plug-ins when needed to complete the integration with other internal and external systems.
• Webservices, APIs, trigger expert.
• At least 5 years of implementation and administration experience with enterprise-level systems in a FedRAMP compliant cloud hosting environment.
• Windows servers 2012 or above, must know installation of Web services and/or APIs and configuration of websites under IIS.
