This is a remote position.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is part of a leading industrial French group. They produce and commercialize French traditional cakes and cookies. With over 1,000 employees across 12 sites in France and Belgium, is much more than just a company; it’s a community of creators, makers, and passionate individuals where everyone plays a crucial role in our collective success.
Driven by their desire to continue their international development, they are currently looking for a North America Export Manager in retail.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the North America Zone, under the guidance of the Export Director.
• Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage marketing activities for products within the assigned geographical area.
• Optimize the customer portfolio and identify opportunities for turnover growth.
• Oversee distribution networks, including importers and direct customers.
• Conduct market research and prospect for new markets to expand the company's presence.
• Regular and timely Reporting (Sales report, benchmark, trends, packaging, market expectations and competition).
• Work actively with the related commercial, marketing & the operation teams.
• Always conveying a highly qualitative image of our company to all partners and contacts.
• Organize and lead promotional events as well as participate in important industry fairs throughout the year.

Benefits
Number of worked hours/week:
40h/week - overtime to consider
Gross Monthly Salary Range:*
60,000 CAD to 80,000 CAD - based on 12 months
Variable Income & Benefits*:
