Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Over 15 years of demonstrable experience in the design and project management of transportation drainage systems.
• A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
• Strong comprehension of transportation design standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including MicroStation, GEOPAK, and ORD.
