Job Title: Customer Success Manager - Real Estate Technology (Remote)

Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team at a rapidly scaling real estate tech startup. This role will be essential in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clientele while driving our long-term revenue growth strategies. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with both the Sales team and executive leadership to enhance client onboarding and provide solutions tailored to their unique business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize an efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and focus on scaling impactful client relationships.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from prospects to clients in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for existing clients, addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Conduct regular consultations to identify client pain points and devise actionable solutions.
  • Drive account growth through relationship-focused sales initiatives.
  • Educate clients on our product offerings and upcoming technological advancements.
  • Develop and implement effective engagement strategies that enhance the client experience.
  • Research and propose new products or services to elevate client satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing our revenue technology stack, including Hubspot and other integrations.
  • Compile, analyze, and report on essential client metrics.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges in client orders, collaborating with customer service and operations for resolution.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in the Title or Real Estate sector is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a customer success role is required.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Experience with remote work environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Microsoft Office suite is beneficial.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
