Job description

🤓TripleTen is an award-winning online school among technology bootcamps. Our mission is to help people change their lives and succeed in technology. We offer flexibility in studies, career mentoring, resume and portfolio preparation, and we guarantee employment after the course. 🌈🚀Who we're looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Success Manager capable of providing support for the learning process of our students. We expect that you're a vibrant and enthusiastic community builder who will interact with our online students and staff and get them excited about new learning experiences.

Success Managers (SMs) play a vital role as the biggest cheerleaders for our students! They ensure a pleasant study environment by maintaining frequent communication and checking on students' well-being and study progress. From the moment students join us to their graduation, SMs accompany them throughout their academic journey and become their voice.

Please submit all resumes or CV's in English. :)

Please pay attention to the fact that fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.

Please note that to apply for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment and provide the link to it in the application form (in addition to your resume). Thank you for your understanding!

What you will do:

As a Success Manager, you will be the focal point for students from the moment a student starts their academic journey until graduation, for a cohort of students, through a 7 to 10-month program. Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and onboard new students;
  • Organize, coordinate and host live orientation sessions;
  • Set up communication platforms in Discord;
  • Build a tight-knit student community in Discord by creating engaging student content and events;
  • Organize online programs that provide educational or wellbeing support to help students succeed;
  • Create schedules, send reminders and post announcements;
  • Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks with students to ensure they are well supported;
  • Respond and assist students in a timely manner when they have general questions, concerns, or requests;
  • Perform administrative duties like maintaining a comprehensive student database and producing timely reports;
  • Participate in video conference team meetings and asynchronous team discussions;
  • Organize team meetings with tutors and instructors;
  • Resolve student issues or escalate them to the relevant parties;
  • Make calls to unresponsive students.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Proficient in using Google Suites (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc).
  • Natural and engaging communication skills. You are comfortable speaking in front of the camera with a large group of students.
  • You are brimming with event ideas. You can develop and run online social events and contests.
  • You are a self-starter with impeccable time management skills and strong work ethic.
  • You are solution-oriented with a high level of user empathy.
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Passion for going above and beyond to support our students and internal collaborators.

Nice to haves:

  • Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (using Canva and other softwares).
  • Interest or experience in tech, EdTech or education.

What we can offer you:

  • Fixed compensation. $1000 per month;
  • Fully remote and full-time collaboration. 9-6 PM CDMX Time.
  • A diverse and tight-knit team. Our teammates are spread out across Latin America, Serbia, the US, Georgia, Israel, Armenia, and more. They’ve worked at all of big techs, ed-techs, design agencies, and cultural institutions;
  • A comfortable digital workspace. We use modern digital tools — Miro, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.— to make collaborating together process seamless;
  • Tangible results measured by the percentage of students who find a job after completing one of our courses.
