JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a driven Senior Customer Success Manager to empower the customers to reach their goals through the innovative e-learning platform. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner guiding customers at every stage, ensuring they achieve measurable success and realize the full value of the products. If you’re passionate about fostering customer relationships, leveraging insights to drive outcomes, and making an impact in the e-learning space—this is the opportunity for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding new customers and renewing the contracts of the existing ones.
  • Promoting value through customer experience.
  • Securing customers meet the desired benefit from the service.
  • Long-term customer relationship management..
  • First-line support tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Swedish/Dutch is your mother tongue.
  • 3+ years’ of experience in the similar role.
  • Experience in IT and/or security.
  • Customer-oriented and able to influence customer to train staff according to best practice.
  • Multitasking skills.
