Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be focusing on managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive performance improvements and deliver actionable recommendations to clients. This role involves daily communication with clients and requires a strong understanding of Meta ads data, along with proficiency in building detailed reports in Excel or Google Sheets.

The Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST

The Role:

  • Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns from scratch, including A/B testing to assess performance.
  • Optimize Meta campaigns independently based on data trends and key metrics.
  • Recommend best practices and optimizations to clients proactively.
  • Monitor, track, and report on Meta ads performance and challenges.
  • Build and maintain detailed reports in Excel or Google Sheets for client reporting.

The Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Meta ads experience for setup, optimization, and recommendations based on data trends.
  • Proficiency in calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other paid media KPIs.
  • Experience creating brand new reports in Excel or Google Sheets to track paid media trends.
  • Expertise in analyzing Meta ads data and making proactive campaign adjustments.
  • Strong communication skills in English and experience working with U.S.-based clients.

Nice to have:

  • Notion experience for team admin and project tracking
  • History of campaign work in the DTC ecom space
  • 1+ years of TikTok ads platform experience
