Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area with flexibility for some remote work. As a CX Sales Executive at TTEC Digital, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling customer experience orchestration solutions to potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
· Contact Center as a Service, (CCaaS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services sales experience
· Proven Public Sector experience in B2B sales, preferably in the customer experience or technology industry
· Strong understanding of customer experience strategy and trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
