Who are you?

 

As the Leadership Development Manager you will provide strategic and operational support of the Personify Health leadership development strategy and program and ensure alignment with the global talent development needs.

 

Reporting to the VP, Talent Management and DEIB, this role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for developing leaders and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented leadership culture. You will play a critical role in shaping the future leadership landscape of the organization. You will also be accountable for supporting various aspects of leadership engagement not limited to performance management, review/succession planning, executive assessments, etc. 

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Leadership Development Design: 

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy and supporting curriculum that caters to all levels of leadership. 

    • Conduct regular needs assessments to align curriculum with the evolving leadership needs across the business. 

    • Utilize innovative data-driven design and delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes and foster a culture of continuous leadership development. 

  • Program Management, Facilitation, Evaluation: 

    • Drive enterprise-wide leadership programs and initiatives that support leadership growth at all levels.

    • Design, manage and facilitate people manager on-boarding program and people manager training, Leadership Essentials, including facilitating lectures, labs and building leadership community cohorts. 

    • Establish program metrics, identify gaps, and set goals for ongoing improvement and effectiveness. 

  • Talent Review and Succession Planning: 

    • Support talent review and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders. 

    • Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential talent and create development plans. 

  • Executive Assessments and Development: 

    • Oversee the execution of executive assessments, 360 feedback, etc. to identify leadership strengths and areas for development. 

       

    • Create individual development plans for senior leaders. 

  • Diversity and Inclusion Integration: 

    • Partner with the DEIB Manager to ensure diversity and inclusion principles are integrated into all leadership development programs. 

    • Promote diverse perspectives and inclusive leadership practices within the leadership curriculum. 

  • Performance Management Support: 

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the performance management strategy. 

    • Provide training and resources to support effective performance reviews and development discussions. 

  • Training Delivery and Facilitation: 

    • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of platforms to meet the diverse learning needs. 

  • Employee Engagement:  

    • Partner with EE manager to align learning and development initiatives to Talent Management and Leadership

  • Development strategy.  

    • Partner with EE & DEIB manager to deliver bi-weekly new hire orientation program and lead the continuous effort to enhance the onboarding process and new manager experience for new hires.  

  • Performing any necessary administrative tasks, preparing materials to ensure training needs and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in strategic talent management and leadership development 

  • 2-5 years of experience in organization development to include executing strategic needs assessments, review/succession planning, executive assessments 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, leadership, or related field 

  • Experience creating leadership development programs using design principles and blending learning strategies in a global progressive, “high bar for talent” environment 

  • Proven experience in utilizing assessments for executive evaluation and development. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives within organizations. 

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating across various functions and levels. 

  • Understanding of organizational design principles to effectively align leadership development with business strategy. 

  • Experience in Live Webinars, Web-Trainings, E-Learnings, Focus Groups, and Leadership Labs 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
