PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative technology-driven organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We're currently partnered with Deloitte and is looking for an Adobe LMS Developer to join our team.


We are looking for a Senior level Adobe LMS Developer professional that will be responsible for developing and managing learning management systems (LMS) using Adobe's LMS platform. Your primary role involves creating and maintaining learning pathways, curating content, and optimizing the user experience within the Adobe LMS environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand training needs, align learning materials with organizational goals and objectives, and ensure that the LMS effectively supports the delivery of training programs. You will play a critical role in enhancing employee learning and development initiatives within our organization by leveraging the capabilities of the Adobe LMS platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  

  • Develop learning pathways within the Adobe Learning Management System (LMS) to align with competency frameworks, success profiles, and job architecture.
  • Curate and organize learning materials and content within the Adobe LMS to align with competency frameworks, success profiles, and job architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand competency frameworks, success profiles, and job architecture requirements and translate them into effective learning pathways and content within the LMS.
  • Utilize Adobe LMS features and functionalities to optimize user experience and accessibility of learning pathways and content.
  • Maintain and update learning pathways and content within the Adobe LMS to ensure alignment with evolving competency frameworks, success profiles, and job architecture.
  • Provide technical support and training to users of the Adobe LMS to facilitate effective utilization of learning pathways and content.
  • Monitor and analyze learner engagement and performance data within the Adobe LMS to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of learning pathways and content.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to learning management systems, competency frameworks, and job architecture, and recommend enhancements and innovations to the Adobe LMS.
Requirements

   

   


  1. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in developing and implementing learning pathways within Adobe Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platforms.
  3. Strong understanding of competency frameworks, success profiles, and job architecture concepts and their application in learning and development.
  4. Proficiency in curating and organizing learning materials and content within an LMS environment.
  5. Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe LMS features and functionalities.
  6. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within the LMS.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting technical issues within the LMS.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support and training to users of the Adobe LMS.
  9. Proven ability to analyze learner engagement and performance data to inform decision-making and continuous      improvement efforts.
  10. 10.Ability to stay current with emerging trends and best practices in learning management systems and instructional design
