Essential Requirements:
● Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program preferably in Human Resources and Psychology or a related field.
● Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or CapCut.
● Must have a Strong personality, assertive, and confident

About the Role
As an HR Intern specializing in Employee Relations, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in working closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will assist in various HR functions under the guidance of seasoned professionals, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:
● Assisting with employee orientation and onboarding sessions.
● Handling inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
● Assisting in conducting employee surveys and analyzing results.
Administrative Tasks:
● Data entry and maintenance of HR databases and systems.
● Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
● Manage the HR department's email inbox and respond to inquiries.
HR Projects:
● Participating in HR projects as assigned, such as diversity initiatives, employee engagement programs, or process improvement projects.
● Create visually appealing content using design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) to enhance the engagement and learning experience.
● Event Coordination:
● Assisting in organizing HR events, such as company meetings, employee appreciation events, or training sessions.
● Coordinating logistics for HR-related events, such as booking venues and ordering catering.
Other Support:
● Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
