About the role

Join Kerry as we look to expand our presence in the dairy industry through leading- and innovative technology and ingredients!   This is an exciting role that gets to partner with dairy clients and understand how Kerry can help them meet their goals and interests according to their brand needs.  This role is a remote position that can be based within the Midwest.

Key responsibilities

 

 The primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

  • Work within account team to provide overall technical support, insight, and perspective to existing and potential customers.
  • Design and execute plant trials, identify, and resolve issues, and conduct audits of plant operation.
  • Using tools such as LactoSens® and analytical analysis to interpret data. Present findings and provide suggestions based on those results.
  • Conduct training programs for customers and industry trade groups. Assist in technical communication and presentations.
  • Participate in industry and internal technical meetings.
  • Support other Dairy Regions and interpret R&D findings for customers and account managers.
  • Provide technical support to customers and staff in person and virtually.
  • Completing all reports and plans on time as assigned by management.
  • Maintaining accurate account records and files including salesforce.com.
Qualifications and skills
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in the dairy space focusing on operations, technical sales, quality assurance, or R&D
  • Experience focusing on core dairy needs such as processing (fluid, frozen, cultured), extended shelf-life, and ultra-filtration
  • Experience with R&D Technical & Applications
  • Optimization and Operations experience – improving process efficiency, output and simplification with dairy production
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually
  • Experience with quality, plant, and R&D processes
  • Proven ability to manage relationships to help drive the commercial experience to deliver pipeline and project execution aligned to channel growth objectives
  • Ability to communicate across many levels of customer operations

The typical hiring range for this role is $73,758.00 to $100,351.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
