Job Description

This role will define and develop the strategies and capability programs to transform construction execution processes for Procter & Gamble. The successful candidate will work internally within the existing construction organization. The role is expected to employ a high level of collaboration with other internal organizations, Capital Purchases, Capital Management, Engineering Learning Solutions and Global Business Services. Developing and leveraging key external partners is also a responsibility of the role.

Job Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role will include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical facilities, processes and production equipment. Including vendor management, change control and construction completion.
  • Experience with Lean IPD engineering design and construction contracts and executions.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) Level of Development (LOD) 100- 500 and 6 Dimensional (6D) As Built Model for Facilities Management.
  • Experience interfacing early in the design process to provide constructability reviews in engineering design. 
  • Experience with other construction technologies; Field use of Drones, Robots, Laser Scanning, Last Planner, Virtual Design Coordination and Big Rooms used in Lean IPD.
