Job description

Position Overview:

Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the facilities needs of our existing offices, manufacturing facility and engineering lab. This role will also lead the project to build our new company headquarters and manage the transition of all existing facilities to the new location once completed.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of manufacturing and engineering lab facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
  • Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and general building systems.
  • Lead the project for constructing the new headquarters, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support the development and management of facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Plan and execute the transition of existing facilities to the new headquarters, minimizing disruption to operations.
  • With Hidden Level’s Supply Chain team and Contracts team, support selection of vendors and service providers. Support negotiation of contracts with these vendors and service providers.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or a related field with 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% in support of facilities. 

 

Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.

Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $115,000 to $142,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
