Job Summary
In this role, you will analyze real estate loan commitments and legal requirements, prepare loan documents and closing instructions, and coordinate with legal counsel, title companies, escrow services, and borrowers to ensure smooth loan processing. You'll also review title reports, validate borrower authority, and manage workflow within the loan closing software. Your contributions are essential for timely and accurate loan funding.

Skills and Background You’ll Need
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or residential lending.
- Strong understanding of real estate principles, title, and escrow processes.
- Familiarity with real estate law.
- Proficient in loan closing software.
Preferred:
- Experience reviewing title reports and coordinating with legal counsel.
- Ability to lift loan files weighing up to 30 pounds.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Salary Range:
23.80 - 31.61
